What the work includes
Every kitchen we build follows the same checklist, whatever the size of the room.
Design and drawings
We measure the room, draw it to scale and show you the layout before a single item is ordered. Appliance clearances, walkways and where the light lands all get settled on paper.
Demolition and prep
Cabinets, counters, flooring and soffits come out, the site gets protected and dust barriers go up. Anything hiding behind the wall gets photographed and shown to you the same day.
Cabinetry built in house
Doors, boxes and drawer fronts are made in our own shop, so the run fits the wall you have. Soft-close hardware, plywood boxes and a finish you pick from samples in your own light.
Countertops
Quartz, granite, marble and quartzite, templated digitally after the boxes are set and installed with tight seams. Undermount sinks are cut and polished in the shop, so your floor stays clean.
Plumbing and electrical
Licensed plumbers and electricians on our own crew. New circuits, under-cabinet lighting, disposal, dishwasher and ice line all run and inspected before anything closes up.
Tile, paint and finish
Backsplash, flooring, trim and paint, then hardware, appliances and a final clean. We walk the room with you and write the punch list together.

Why build the cabinetry in house?
Because the wall decides the run. Stock sizes leave gaps that get filled with strips of blank timber, and on a typical Palm Beach County kitchen that is a drawer bank of lost storage. We measure after demolition and build to what is there.
Can the soffit above the cabinets come out?
Almost always. In houses built across the county before the nineties it is usually hollow, and within an hour of opening it we know whether ducting or wiring lives up there. Where it does we reroute it and take the cabinets to the ceiling.
Do we need a permit?
As soon as plumbing, gas or electrical moves you do, which covers most kitchens. We pull it wherever you are in the county and handle the inspections. Unpermitted work surfaces when you sell and costs more to fix then.
What are the counters templated from?
From the boxes once they are set, measured digitally. Quartz, granite, marble and quartzite all get cut and polished in the shop with undermount sinks done there too, so nothing is cut in your house.
Can you reface what we have if the boxes are sound?
Yes, and sometimes we recommend it. If the carcasses are solid we can reface and put the money into counters and appliances, and we will tell you when that is the better call even though it is the smaller job.
