Roofing in Palm Beach County, Florida
The paperwork matters as much as the shingle
GAF Master Elite installer, which is what lets us offer the Golden Pledge warranty.
Roofing across Palm Beach County
A roof in South Florida does two jobs. It keeps water out, and it decides what your insurer thinks of the house. The second one is worth real money every year, and it turns on details most quotes never mention: how the deck is nailed, whether a secondary water barrier went down, and whether the wind mitigation form was filled in properly at the end.
What we find across Palm Beach County
We are a GAF Master Elite installer, a status held by a small share of contractors nationally, and it is what lets us offer the Golden Pledge warranty. Shingle, tile and flat systems all run through our own crews. On older houses across Palm Beach County the deck usually needs attention once the covering is off, and we photograph and price that as a visible line before it is covered again.

Built for the houses Palm Beach County actually has
Roofing also sits naturally inside a bigger project. Done alongside impact windows in one contract, the wind mitigation paperwork stays in a single file and the exterior is disturbed once. Permits are ours to pull in whichever municipality you are in, inspections are ours to book, and the warranty paperwork is handed over at the end along with everything the insurer will ask for.
Our kitchen remodel was nothing short of amazing. They suggested a layout we hadn’t even considered, and now the space feels twice as big. The attention to detail is impressive.

Questions people across Palm Beach County ask us
Does a new roof lower the insurance?
It usually improves the wind mitigation credit, which is where the saving comes from. The credit depends on deck attachment, the secondary water barrier and the roof to wall connection, so we record all three and hand you the completed form.
Shingle or tile?
Tile lasts longer and costs more up front, and the structure has to carry the weight. Shingle is faster and cheaper to replace. On a Palm Beach County house we look at what is there now, what the neighbourhood expects and what the structure allows.
Can it be repaired?
Sometimes, and we will say so honestly. A localised failure on a roof with years left is a repair. A covering at the end of its life gets patched over and over, and that money would have paid toward the replacement.
What happens if the deck is rotten underneath?
We photograph it, price it as its own line and show you before anything is covered. On older houses across the county some deck replacement is common, and pretending otherwise at quote stage is how surprise bills happen.
How long does a re-roof take?
Most houses run three to seven days on site depending on size, system and how much deck needs replacing. Tile takes longer than shingle. Weather moves it, and we tell you honestly when it does.
