New Home Construction in Palm Beach County, Florida
From a lot and a survey to a finished house
Custom builds, teardowns and infill, run by the contractor who will still be there at the end.
New Home Construction across Palm Beach County
Building new in Palm Beach County starts long before the slab. The lot has to be surveyed, the setbacks and height limits checked, drainage and grade planned, and on a teardown the demolition permitted in its own right. Coastal parcels add flood elevation requirements that shape the whole design, and getting that wrong on paper is far cheaper than discovering it on site.
What we find across Palm Beach County
From there the sequence is long but predictable. Design and engineering, permit, site work, foundation, structure, dry-in, mechanical rough-in, inspections, insulation, drywall, then finishes and the punch list. Because kitchens, baths, flooring, drywall, paint, roofing, electrical and plumbing are our own crews, the finishing half of a build runs on one schedule.

Built for the houses Palm Beach County actually has
The cabinetry is the part most owners notice at the end, and it is the part builders economise on hardest. Ours is built in our own shop and sized to walls we measure on site, so a new house does not arrive carrying the same builder-grade boxes that people call us to replace five years later. Our kitchen remodel was nothing short of amazing. They suggested a layout we hadn’t even considered, and now the space feels twice as big. The attention to detail is impressive.

Questions people across Palm Beach County ask us
How long does a custom home take?
Design, engineering and permitting usually run six months to a year, and construction typically twelve to eighteen months after that. The review stage varies most, and it varies by municipality across the county.
Can you build on a teardown lot?
Yes, and demolition is permitted as its own scope before the new build. We check what can be kept, whether the existing survey is current, and what the setbacks allow on the replacement footprint.
What does flood elevation change?
On coastal and low-lying parcels it sets how high the finished floor has to sit, which drives the foundation, the access, the parking and often the entire look of the house. It is settled at design stage.
Do we pick the finishes or do you?
You do, and we bring samples to look at in your own light. Cabinetry is built in our own shop so the doors, boxes and finishes are yours to pick from samples, with no builder allowance list in the way.
Do you build in HOA communities?
Regularly. Those communities add an architectural review with its own drawings, materials and colour submittals, which we prepare alongside the building permit so neither clock waits on the other.
