Remodeling in The Acreage, Florida
The Acreage is a grid of one-acre-plus lots with its own drainage district, its own road network and no village hall, which changes how a project runs before a single wall is touched. Permits go to Palm Beach County. Water comes from a well. Waste goes to a septic system. Gas arrives on a truck. None of that is difficult once a contractor works here regularly.
Kitchens are what we do most in The Acreage
The housing runs from late eighties CBS through two thousands custom builds, and the common thread is a house that used a fraction of its land. That is why additions, garage conversions, workshops and enlarged kitchens make up so much of what we do out here, alongside the ordinary list of baths, flooring, roofing and impact windows.

Our kitchen remodel was nothing short of amazing. They suggested a layout we hadn’t even considered, and now the space feels twice as big. The attention to detail is impressive.

What we do in The Acreage
What a kitchen job in The Acreage includes
Every kitchen we build follows the same checklist, whatever the size of the room.
Design and drawings
We measure the room, draw it to scale and show you the layout before a single item is ordered. Appliance clearances, walkways and where the light lands all get settled on paper.
Demolition and prep
Cabinets, counters, flooring and soffits come out, the site gets protected and dust barriers go up. Anything hiding behind the wall gets photographed and shown to you the same day.
Cabinetry built in house
Doors, boxes and drawer fronts are made in our own shop, so the run fits the wall you have. Soft-close hardware, plywood boxes and a finish you pick from samples in your own light.
Countertops
Quartz, granite, marble and quartzite, templated digitally after the boxes are set and installed with tight seams. Undermount sinks are cut and polished in the shop, so your floor stays clean.
Plumbing and electrical
Licensed plumbers and electricians on our own crew. New circuits, under-cabinet lighting, disposal, dishwasher and ice line all run and inspected before anything closes up.
Tile, paint and finish
Backsplash, flooring, trim and paint, then hardware, appliances and a final clean. We walk the room with you and write the punch list together.

Questions people in The Acreage ask us
Do contractors from the coast actually come out this far?
Ours do, every week. The Acreage is a short run from our shop on Polo Club Road and we treat it as core territory, which is why we know the county route and the well and septic questions before you raise them.
What is different about building on an unincorporated lot?
Three things: the county reviews the plans, the water is your own well, and the waste goes to your own septic. On a project in The Acreage we allow for all three in the estimate at the start, well before anybody is halfway through.
Can you do the roof and the impact windows at the same time?
Yes, and combining them is sensible. On a house in The Acreage the roof and the openings are what the insurer looks at, and doing both under one contract keeps the wind mitigation paperwork in a single file.
Is there a minimum job size?
There is not. A single bathroom, a flooring run or a kitchen in The Acreage all get the same crews, the same written estimate and the same warranty as a full addition.
